Orange Blossom- Orange blossom honey is white to pale amber colour monofloral honey that is produced by honey bees harvesting and converting the nectar found within the blossoming orange tree flowers. The trees blossom in the spring giving honey bees an important early food source after a long winter of living off of stored honey. Orange blossom honey has a sweet taste with a hint of orange flavor to it.

Bamboo- Derives from a plant called Japanese Knotweed, which is also known as American Bamboo, Mexican Bamboo, or Smartweed. The honey is typically referred to as Bamboo Honey instead of Knotweed Honey, because the plant looks like bamboo.

In the US, Japanese Knotweed it is an invasive plant that is related to buckwheat. It originated in Asia, where it is eaten as a spring vegetable, and is used in a number of herbal remedies.  The honey has a dark, molassy appearance, but the flavor is much sweeter than that of Buckwheat Honey. An interesting honey, and hard to find.
