Depending on how many people you are going to feed,

usually 2-6 cheeses are ideal.

Whatever you decide for cheeses, there is no right way to select which cheeses to try. But there are a few approaches you can adopt to help lend some structure to your search.

1: GO FOR VARIETY
Chooses cheeses that have a wide range of textures (hard and soft) and different flavor profiles (buttery, mild, or sharp).

2: EXPLORE A SINGLE STYLE
Try all of flavored cheeses, all our pure cheddars, Italian styles, smoked cheeses. This is a fun way to indulge yourself with guests in a single style of cheese.

3: THEMES
Themes are fun as well. For example, like wine pairing cheeses (mild but not overbearing cheeses), beer pairing cheeses (sharper more intense flavors) , or even desert cheeses (Muranda Blue), are good themes.
